Templates

E-signature templates you set up once.

SignDeck e-signature templates hold the document and every field in it, so the next time you send it you only add who signs. Place signature, initials, date and text fields on a PDF, or add a ready signature block to a template in one click.

How a template comes together

  1. Step 1Start from your document

Upload the PDF you already use, or write the agreement in the template editor.

  2. Step 2Place the fields

Drag signature, initials, date and text fields where they go, or add a signature block for a signer in one click.

  3. Step 3Assign each field

Every field belongs to a signer. A document can have up to four signers, signing in order or all at once.

  4. Step 4Save and reuse

The layout is saved under the document title, so the fields are back in place the next time you send it.

What a template holds

Four field types

Signature, initials, date signed and text. Up to 100 fields on one document.

Fields per signer

Each signer only sees and fills the fields that are theirs.

Required or optional

Mark a field as required so the document cannot be finished without it.

In order or all at once

Send to every signer together, or one after another, with the next person emailed when it is their turn.

Signature blocks in one click

In the template editor, add a ready block with name, signature, initials and date for each signer.

Your Word documents too

Bring a Word file and the AI assistant turns it into a template for you.
