Report a SignDeck email that looks wrong.
Report a SignDeck email if it looks suspicious, you did not expect it, or it asks for something a signing request should not. Tell us what you saw and our team will look into it.
How to tell a real request
Signing a SignDeck document never needs an account, so a real request never asks you to sign in or enter a password.
A real request names the company that sent it, then "via SignDeck". If you do not know the company, be careful.
Not sure? Contact the company using a phone number or email you already have, not the details in the email.
If something looks wrong, do not open the link to find out. Report it here instead.
If you typed a password into a page you reached from the email, change that password now wherever you use it.
If you know the sender but do not want to sign, choose Decline to sign on the signing page or tell the sender.
