Signing
Sign documents online from one link.
Your signers sign documents online from a private link in their email. They open it on a phone or a computer, read the document, agree to sign electronically, and sign with a finger, a mouse, or by typing their name.
What your signer sees
- Step 1A private link
Each signer gets their own link by email, from your company name.
- Step 2Read and fill
They read the document, and Find my fields takes them to each place that needs them.
- Step 3Agree and sign
They draw, type or upload a signature. It is accepted only once they agree to sign electronically.
- Step 4Their copy
When everyone has signed, each signer gets the signed copy by email.
Built for the person signing
Signers never make an account or install anything. The link is all they need.
The signing page is laid out for phones as well as computers.
The Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure is shown, and agreeing to it is recorded with the version.
A signer can decline and say why, and you are told straight away.
Hand over your device for a one-time, 30 minute signing session when the signer is with you.
A link stops accepting signatures once the document is finished, and you can revoke or replace it.
