Support
SignDeck support for signers.
SignDeck support for anyone who received a document to sign. Most answers are below. For anything about the document itself, ask the company that sent it. Write to us only if SignDeck itself is not working for you.
How do I open and sign a document?
Open the email from the company that sent it. It says the company name, then "via SignDeck". Tap the button in the email to open the document, read it, and fill each field that is yours. Agree to sign electronically, then choose Finalize and sign. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to install.
I did not get the email
Check your spam or junk folder for an email naming the company, then "via SignDeck". If it is not there, ask the sender to check the email address they used and send it again.
The link has expired or no longer works
Signing links stop working after 120 days, when the document is finished, or when the sender replaces or cancels the link. Ask the sender for a new one.
This document is not for me, or my name is wrong
Do not sign it. Tell the sender, who can correct it and send a new request. You can also choose Decline to sign on the signing page and say why; the sender is told straight away.
How do I get a copy of what I signed?
When everyone has signed, you get an email with the signed copy attached and a link to download it. The link works for 30 days. After that, ask the sender for a copy.
Who do I ask about the document itself?
The sender. Only the company that sent the document can explain it, change it or cancel it. SignDeck delivers and records the signing, and we cannot change a document someone else sent.
SignDeck not working?
If the signing page will not load or will not let you finish, tell us here. Questions about what the document says belong with the sender.
Think an email only pretends to be from SignDeck? Report it.
